UO2-Mo composites with a core-shell structure have been considered candidates for the thermal conductivity (TC)-enhanced UO2 pellets and have demonstrated commercial potential for use in novel high-level safety reactors. Nevertheless, UO2-Mo composites tend to form micro-cracks that are caused by the presence of residual stress (RS) during manufacturing. In this work, neutron diffraction measurements were employed to analyse the RS in UO2-Mo core-shell structured composites fabricated by spark plasma sintering (SPS) for the first time. It was found that in the UO2-Mo composites, the RS state present in the UO2 matrix was tensile in nature. The RS in the UO2 matrix increased with increaseing Mo content. There was a maximum value of 148 ± 15 MPa in the UO2-10 vol% Mo composite. The micro-cracks produced in the high-Mo content composites were explained by the results of the neutron diffraction measurements. These results could provide significant guidance for the manufacturing and improvement of the operational performance of UO2-Mo composites as next-generation fuels.  相似文献

To promote catalytic activity toward oxygen-reduction reaction in the intermediate temperature solid-oxide fuel cells, we prepared a dual-phase composite cathode material 75 mol%La0.5Sr0.5CoO3-δ-LaSrCoOδ with a fibrous structure via one-pot electrospinning of a polymer containing solution. We then investigated the micro-structure and electrochemical performance of this fibrous composite. The results confirm that the fibrous composite is composed of intimately mixed nano-crystalline grains and that the compositional phases are compatible with each other. Compared with the corresponding single-phase fibers, the nano-crystalline size of the composite is more stable, and the fine nano-crystalline grains are more resistant to growth and coarsening, indicating the mutual dispersion and suppression between the constituent phases. Furthermore, compared with the corresponding single-phase fibers, the electrochemical performance of this fibrous composite cathode is more favorable. At 800 °C, its area specific resistance (ASR) is as low as 0.03 Ω cm2, and maximum output power density is as high as 960 mW cm−2, which is achieved from an electrolyte-supported single cell that was developed using this cathode. After aging this cathode for a long time, ASR is less worsened and the output power density decreases only slightly, indicating that the prolonged electrochemical performance in the running cells is more stable.  相似文献

In hospital management, performance measurement is of vital importance for improving healthcare service quality. The performance of a healthcare organization is often influenced by numerous indicators, and it is unrealistic to manage them all due to the restriction of resources. In addition, the performance measurement for improvement relates to the benefits of many departments, and it is necessary for large number of experts with different backgrounds to participate in the evaluation process of healthcare indicators. In response, this study develops a large group evaluation approach using linguistic Z-numbers and decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) to determine key performance indicators (KPIs) for hospital management. For this approach, the complex and uncertain interrelation evaluations among indicators are given by experts using linguistic Z-numbers. An extended DEMATEL method is proposed to determine KPIs based on the cause and effect relationships of performance indicators. Finally, a case study in a rehabilitation hospital is presented to illustrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed large group linguistic Z-DEMATEL approach. The results indicate that incidents/errors, accidents/adverse events, nosocomial infection, nursing technology pass rate, and length of stay are KPIs for the given application.  相似文献

摘要:对腿部运动意图识别算法的实时性能进行综合可靠的评价是实现下肢假肢灵活稳定控制的前提。提出一种逐层分级的基于下肢运动意图识别算法的实时测评方法,对算法的可靠性、稳定性以及运动意图识别速度进行综合评价。利用开发的运动意图识别算法评测系统,对基于肌电信号源和机械信号源的两种运动意图识别算法进行了实时性能测试,发现肌电信号源的算法识别时间大于机械信号源算法,但是其算法稳定性优于机械信号源算法。进一步地,还利用该评测系统有效地区分出正常识别策略与异常识别策略,发现正常策略的动作识别稳定系数比异常策略高25%左右。因此,所提的基于下肢运动意图识别算法的实时测评方法,能够对不同信号源算法以及不同识别策略的实时性能进行有效评价,为智能下肢假肢控制系统开发提供可供参考的测试平台。 .txt  相似文献

Heat exchangers are extensively used in various industries. In this study, the impact of geometric and flow parameters on the performance of a shell and double helical coil heat exchanger is studied numerically. The investigated geometric parameters include external coil pitch, internal coil pitch, internal coil diameter, and coil diameter. The influences of considered geometrical parameters are analyzed on the output temperature of the hot and cold fluid, convective heat transfer coefficient, pressure drop, and average Nusselt number. Water is considered as working fluid in both shell and tube. As an innovation, double helical coils are used instead of one in the heat exchanger. To compare the obtained results accurately, in each section, the heat transfer area (coil outer surface) is kept constant in all models. The results show that the geometrical parameters of double helical coils significantly affect the heat transfer rate.  相似文献

建立了二氧化硅(SiO_2)气凝胶中空玻璃窗传热数值模型,采用有限体积法分析了二氧化硅气凝胶厚度和位置对严寒地区玻璃窗传热的影响。结果表明:二氧化硅气凝胶厚度增加,能够提高玻璃窗内表面温度,降低其热流密度。二氧化硅气凝胶厚度为20 mm时,玻璃窗内表面热流密度为67.5 W/m~2。二氧化硅气凝胶位于室内侧能够更有效地减少建筑能耗,其总能耗为60 120 W。  相似文献

The recovery of low temperature heat sources is a hot topic in the world.The ORC system can effectively use the low temperature heat source.As its main output device,the performance of the turbine is very important.The single stage transonic turbine has the characteristics of small size and large output power.In this paper,the complete design process of a transonic centrifugal turbine with R245fa in low working temperature condition is introduced.At the design conditions,the shaft power and the wheel efficiency of the centrifugal turbine can reach 1.12 MW and 83.61%,respectively.In addition,a thermodynamic ORC cycle is presented and the off-design conditions of the turbine and its influence on the system are studied in detail.The results obtained in the present work show that the single-stage transonic centrifugal turbine can be regarded as a potential choice to be applied in small scale ORC systems.  相似文献

为有效地平衡锅炉效率与排放之间的关系,通过分析锅炉的能效指标,建立了结合效率因素、燃料管理因素和环境因素等的能效评价指标体系。采用组合赋权法确定权重,建立了锅炉系统模糊综合评价模型,并利用该模型对山西大同某层燃蒸汽锅炉进行了综合能效评价与分析。结果表明:锅炉的综合评级得分为0.59,燃料设备因素指标得分仅为0.19。该锅炉热效率虽然达到了设计要求,但锅炉飞灰含碳量偏大,同时过量空气系数为2.34,远大于设计标准1.65。综合分析其原因是漏风过大,该分析结果与现场热力测试实验数据相符合。  相似文献

The hydraulic‐thermal characteristics of 3D pinned heat sink designs have been numerically compared as the first part of a three‐part investigation. Five different pin geometries (circular, square, triangular, strip, and elliptic pins) and an unpinned heat sink with three types of nanofluids (Al2O3–H2O, SiO2–H2O, and CuO–H2O) are considered for laminar forced convection. The range of Reynolds number is from 100 to 1000, and volume fractions vary between 0% and 5%. The finite volume method is employed to solve the Navier–Stokes and energy equations by employing a SIMPLE algorithm for a computational solution. Three parameters are presented—the Nusselt number, the bottom temperature, and the hydrothermal performance of the heat sink with pressure drop data. The findings indicated that the overall hydrothermal performance of elliptic‐pinned (EP) heat sinks produces the most substantial value of 3.10 for pure water. For different nanofluids, the SiO2–water nanofluids with EPs have the most significant hydrothermal performance. Also, this factor is enhanced with an increase in nanofluid concentration up to nearly 3.34 for 5% of SiO2–water. Consequently, applying the elliptic‐pinned heat sinks is recommended with pure water for considering an increase in the pressure drop, with 5% of SiO2–water nanofluids, regardless of an enlargement of pressure drop for heat‐dissipation applications.  相似文献
